Times of change

I’ve enjoyed speaking with those people who’ve contacted me during the last week, all looking for homes in the area. There’s definitely a tone of frustration for some that ‘the one’ doesn’t seem to be out there (just yet), but there is also a common theme – the impact of COVID-19 and associated life changes, have been a motivator for each and every one of them.

For some, they can’t tolerate the thought of increased restrictions while living within a city environment, for others they are working much more from home and their location is no longer important – focusing them more on quality of life than convenience. Others are parting ways,

while some are feeling vulnerable and wanting to scale back their lives or be closer to loved-ones. What is clear though is that these are motivated buyers, not people testing the water or ‘dipping their toes’, but people who’ve done their research and committed to making change.

Frankly who wouldn’t want to live in such a beautiful part of the world, with stunning landscape, friendly people and great amenities, while retaining convenient links to all of the important cities for work and fun.

I have an ever-growing list of committed buyers, and an in-depth understanding of their wants and needs, therefore if you are contemplating a move why not get in touch for an informal chat? Even if you aren’t ready to go ‘full steam’ to market, there might just be a low-profile alternative to help you along the path to fulfilling YOUR dreams.
