Ready to make the move? Wherever possible we recommend using the professional marketing package, not only does it represent fantastic value but the professional photography really does ensure your home stands out from the crowd.
However if this isn't for you we take a rather good picture ourselves and have plenty of practice doing so, however we will need to arrange your EPC and Floorplan separately.
If you opt for the professional package, we will be there in person to meet with the specialist when they visit, to ensure that anything we have discussed about your home is taken into consideration and it is represented in the best possible light.
From here the photographs are professionally edited and forwarded to us for our review. From here we compile your draft brochure so you can approve how your home will be represented.
If you want to take your marketing package to the next level we can arrange for a professionally filmed ‘virtual’ viewing to be recorded. This can be particularly useful in reducing the number of overall viewings conducted on your home, maximising the quality of the physical viewings which do take place, and is an attractive option for buyers located further afield.
It is a legal requirement to provide an up to date Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) - this is unless your home is Listed, in which case it will be exempt. While not a legal requirement, the provision of an accurate floor plan is an absolute must.

EPC & Floorplan
An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is a legal requirement when selling your home (unless your home is listed), and a floorplan is a must (the very first thing a prospective buyer will look for). We will put you in touch with a trusted provider and they will charge you directly for this service.
